鹤岗市丽景小区土建工程 投标文件 工程管理11-3班 学生姓名： 王志飞 指导教师： 崔淑杰 职 称： 副教授 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○一五年六月 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of Bid Documents Candidate：Wang zhifei Specialty：Engineering Management Class：11-3 Supervisor：Associate Prof. Cui shujie Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2015-06·Harbin 摘 要 本工程为鹤岗市丽景小区，该工程67平方米69平方米地下一层地上五层局部六层层高分别为地下一层本次毕业设计是由鹤岗市丽景小区一号楼土建投标文件和编制说明书两部分组成。 投标文件包括商务标、经济标、技术标。 商务标书包括企业资质、法人代生产许可证、企业简介，具体看招标文件要求。主要包含的内容为：法定代表人身份证明、法人授权委托书（正本为原件）、投标函、投标函附录等。 经济标主要指投标报价的组成文件，包括：报价封面、投标报价汇总表、规费、税金项目清单与计价表、措施项目清单计价表、单位工程工程量清单汇总表、分部分项工程量清单、已供材料价格表、单价分析表。 技术标主要包括施工组织设计方面内容，主要包括施工部署、施工现场平面布置图、施工方案、施工技术措施、施工组织及施工进度计划、施工机械设备配备情况、质量保证措施、工期保证措施、安全施工措施、文明施工措施。 投标编制说明书主要记录了投标文件的编制过程，包括工程概况、编制依据、投标书编制规则、工程量计算表等内容。 关键词：商务标；经济标；工程量清单； ABSTRACT The project Hegang City Lijing area 1 building, the project is located in Hegang City Panorama District, street on the west side of the building, Changhong Road east side of the street, planning the Third Ring Road on the north side.
