顺丰速运公司的竞争力分析 院系名称 会计学院 姓　　名 　　号 专　　业 指导教师 2011年5月0日 摘 要 作为物流业的一个重要组成部分，快递业成为经济发展的最大受益者，并成长为名副其实的朝阳产业。中国快递市场丰厚的利润回报率、庞大的市场潜力以及较低的进入壁垒，吸引国内外众多同行业企业和行业外企业的眼光。极好的市场前景使不断加入的国有、民营和外资快递企业陷入了一种几近无序的竞争。面对来自国外快递企业的激励竞争，我国快递企业的机遇与挑战并存，要想在日以激烈的市场竞争中抓住机遇、迎接挑战，我国物流企业就必须提高自身的核心竞争力，选择适合自己企业发展的竞争力战略。顺丰速运公司作为较早发展起来的民营快递公司，要想在激烈的竞争市场中站稳脚跟，更应该注重企业核心竞争力的建设。 本文通过对顺丰速运公司的基本情况进行调查，并从网上搜集相关资料，结合快递和核心竞争力的相关理论，对影响顺丰竞争力的内外部环境进行SWOT分析,同时针对顺丰速运公司如何更好地发挥优势、克服劣势、把握机遇、应当挑战提出了相应的改进措施，以期对顺丰速运公司未来的发展提供帮助。 关键词：核心竞争力；SWOT分析；发展策略 Abstract As an important part of logistics industry, the express industry has benefited the most from economic development and grown into a booming industry. Fat profit return, huge potential as well as lower market entry barriers attract enterprises within the same industry and the outside ones.Good perspectives drive the competitors, including state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign enterprises, into a fierce competition. Faced with the competition of foreign express delivery companies, there are both opportunities and challenges in Chinas express delivery market. In order to seize opportunities and triumph over challenges in the competitive market, Chinas express enterprises must improve their core competence, select their own business development strategy. Shunfeng express delivery company is an earlier private express company. In order to gain a firm foothold in the fierce competitive market, Shunfeng should pay attention to the construction of the core competence of the enterprise. Based on the investigation of Shunfeng express delivery company and the related information collected from the Internet, considering the theory of core competence, this essay analyses internal and external environment of Shunfeng company.
