石双喜: 塑料口杯注塑模设计 安徽工程大学机电学院毕业设计（论文） - PAGE II - - PAGE V - 塑料口杯注塑模设计 摘 要 本课题设计的意义是通过“塑料口杯注塑模设计”这一设计任务，了解并掌握模具的设计过程，以便在将来对一般模具的设计有一个理性的设计概念。毕业设计主要要完成的工作有：注塑模具的设计计算、绘制总装配图和所有非标准件的零件图、绘制三维装配图及装配演示。 在设计塑料口杯的过程中，我懂得了设计所需要的设计流程。虽然塑料口杯是一个小而简单的毕业设计，但设计的过程我们还是应该重视。从中我们也可以得出，一般模具设计的大致流程：分析其结构工艺性、进行材料的选择、设计计算零部件以及对注射机的校核等等。 在设计过程中，我们使用了AutoCAD和UG软件，尤其UG软件的应用，可以更直观的表达零件的外观，也可以检验零件在装配中是否产生干涉。注塑是模具成型中的一种很普遍的成型形式。在未来不仅是热塑性材料，就连热固性材料也可以使用注塑的方法来成型。 关键词：注塑模；设计流程；UG Design of injection mold for plastic cup Abstract The significance of this project design is the design task by Design of injection mold for plastic cup , to understand and master mold design process ,so that in the future we can inquire design of a rational design concept of the general mold . Graduate design work to be done : injection mold design calculations , draw the general assembly drawings and part drawings of all non-standard parts , and draw three-dimensional assembly drawings and assembly presentations. In the design of the plastic cup , I know how to design the design process . Although the plastic cup is a small and simple graduation design, but the design process we should pay attention to . From which we can know about process of the general mold design : analysis of its structure and technology , material selection , design and calculation of spare parts and injection machine check . In the design process ,we use AutoCAD and UG software , in particularly ,UG software applications can be more intuitive to express the appearance of the parts , you can also test whether the parts in the assembly interference . The injection is very common molding forming form . In the future , not only a thermoplastic material ,but also a thermosetting material can use the injection method .
