湖南理工学院 PAGE PAGE II 学号：  毕业设计(论文) 题目：台扇电机前塑料罩注塑模具设计 作者： 届别： 2009届 系别：机械与电气工程系 指导教师： 李凯旋 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 职称： 高级工程师 完成时间： 2009年4月 湖南理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 28 摘 要 本文讨论了台扇电机外表前塑料罩注塑模具设计模设计过程。介绍了注塑模成型工艺和注塑模具的结构及工作原理。台扇电机外表前塑料罩采用的是塑料ABS，热塑性塑料的主要成型工艺是注射成型，因此，台扇电机外表前塑料罩成型方法采用浇注成型。本设计对台扇电机外表前塑料罩结构进行了工艺分析，确定了分型面、浇注系统等，选择了浇注机，计算了成型零部件的尺寸。确定了模具浇口、限位装置、顶出机构和导柱导套，这样设计出的结构可确保模具工作可靠和灵活。最后对注射机进行选择和校核。用AUTOCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。通过本次设计对浇注模具有了更深的认识，了解浇注模具结构及工作原理。 关键词：ABS塑料；注塑模；分型面；浇注系统；注射机；成型零件。 ABSTRACT This article discussed the injection mold structure of the fomer plastic cover of the desk fan motor , and introduced injection moulding process, the structure of the c injection mold and working principle. The fomer plastic cover of the desk fan motor is made of ABS plastic, whose moulding process mostly is injection moulding , therefore using the casting moulding. The sructure of the fomer plastic cover has been analysised . The parting surface and the casting system has been determined. The casting maching has been selected and the size of the forming parts have been calculated. Using the side gate, the introduction agencies asynchronous, guided column-oriented, lateral oblique derivative type column with the pump core.This structure can be designed to ensure reliable and flexible molds. Finally, injection machine has been selected and checked.
