塔机安全操作规程 Safety echnical Operation Regulation of Tower Crane General regulations 此安全技术操作规程适用于中东公司所有塔吊司机和信号工，他们必须按照 此规程进行工作。 This “safety technical operationa regulation” is in effect for all operators and signal men servicing for “CSCEC”. They should renmember it and must observe it in their work. 1.2 塔吊司机与工必须按部门有关规定进行考核并取得合格证。 The tcrane operators and signal men must be adequately trained and get operational license according to government ‘s ministry of interior. 1.3 塔吊司机必须身体健康，体检合格。 Tower crane operators should be in good health , no any disease and have to pass physical examination.get health certificate. 1.4 做到“四懂、三会、一牢记”，“即：懂性能、懂构造、懂原理、懂用途；会操做、会保养、会排除故障；牢记安全操作规程” Tower crane operators are required to know tower crane’s capacity,propertis,structures, operational principles and functions. They should also master the skills to operate, to maintain as well as to repair tower cranes. 1.5 塔式起重机的管理、使用、保养、维修，必须严格遵守说明书和操作规程的规定。 Tower crane instruction book/operation manual must be observed in the process of the operation, management/control, maintenance and repair of tower cranes 1.6. 新安装的塔式起重机，均需经过整机调试、检验和试运转并通过第三方检验认 证后方可投入使用。 Before new erection tower cranes be practically applied normally they must be adjusted and carefully inspected and trial operated and passed third party examination. the third safy certificates is essential to operate cranes. 1.7 塔吊司机进入施工现场、上下塔吊或在塔吊上做检查、保养维护、修理工作时必须穿劳保鞋、带安全帽、披挂安全带。 When entering work site or climbing up and down a tower crane or doing inspection/maintenance/repair works on the crane operators shall wear safety shoes and safety belt and helmet. 1.8 严禁司机酒后上机操作 It is prohibited that thoperator is drunk, ill or overtired on working. 1.9 除操作塔吊外司机必须按规定对起重机做好保养和检查工作，认真进行清洁、润滑、紧固、调整和防腐工作。 Besides operation job tower crane operators should do the crane’s dayly inspection and maintenance,Well do crane’s cleaning and oiling and screw tightening and mechanism adjusting and components corrosion inhibiting. 1.10 工作时间禁止在塔吊上嬉笑打闹、吸烟
