信息技术论文：信息技术下的策划书写作研究 【中文摘要】策划,广泛地运用于人类的各种社会实践活动中,而策划书的撰写,对于整个策划活动起着不可替代的作用。信息时代的到来,给策划书写作带来了机遇与挑战。本文分别对纸质媒介下的策划书写作与信息技术下的策划书写作进行整体认识,并在媒介特点、搜集资料的速度与方式、写作方式、表现形式四个方面对二者进行分析比较,得出策划书写作与信息技术进行整合的必要性。而在目前的整合过程中,本文主要讨论了基于书写工具、写作方式和写作过程这三个层面的整合。并针对整合过程中存在的问题,初步提出了策划书写作数字传播平台、策划书写作数据库、策划书写作软件的设计原则及模式构建,以期充分利用计算机技术和网络技术,更好地为策划书写作实践服务,为策划书撰写者提供海量丰富的、实用性强的信息资讯,简易便捷的使用体验,开放互动的交流互助,个性化、专业化的辅助写作等。通过综合性的思考对信息技术下策划书的写作进行建设性的展望。 【英文摘要】Planning is widely applied to various human social practices and the planning writing plays an irreplaceable role in the planning activities. The Information Age brings opportunities and challenges to the planning writing. The text has an overall understanding of the planning writing under the Paper media and the Information Technology, analyzing and comparing the differences on the four aspects which are the media characteristics, speed and methods of data collection, writing style and expression, eliciting the need to integrate the planning writing and the Information Technology. This text discusses three stages of integration based on the writing tools, writing style and writing process in the current integration process. And preliminary propose the design principles and the model construction of the planning writing抯 Digital transmission platform, Database and Software for the problems in the integration process, in order to take full advantages of the computer technology and the network technology, to better serve the planning writing practice, and providing massive, rich and practical information, easy and convenient experience, open and interactive help and exchange, personalized and professional writing assistance for the planning writers.
