Lesson 5 A Basketball Game
教学目标:1 学生能读、写、说并听懂player game team lose win. 2 学生能正确运用win lose 3 培养学生热爱体育运动的情感和坚定的信念
教学重点:掌握player game team lose win
教学过程: Class opening and review Sing a song “Oh, what did you do ?”(设计意图
用唱歌形式营造轻松的英语课堂气氛。)
Play a game to review the words about jobs and catch throw.
规则:找几名学生扮演不同的职业者,通过肢体语言展示他所从事的职业,其他学生猜单词。
Review: teacher clerk cashier waitess waiter bus driver doctor police officer(设计意图角色扮演,活跃气氛,激发学生的竟猜意识,培养学生的表演能力。为讲player作准备。归纳总结er 这类词。) Teach “player game team” 1 Show the word teach and chang it to the word teacher let the students find the rules. And then show the word play ,plus “er”on it,let the students guess the meaning. Read the word a few times.(总结词尾加er这一类词) 2 Then show other picture “team “introduce team with the sentences in the book. 3 Tell the students the teams have a baskeball game to teach “game”这个词由比赛和游戏的意思。 Practice Ask the srudents make up the sentences with” player game team” That in one minute ,the more sentences team will win ,the less sentences team will lose.(设计意图激发学生兴趣并引出win and lose.) Though the game to teach “What’s the score It’s ____ to_____ .win and lose “Then ask the students play “we win . we lose” Teach A basketball game 1 The teacher says “Bob is a basketball player .Today Bob’s team and the other team have a basketball game too.” 2 There are some pictures about the game . Let’s look and talk about the pictures.” 3 Play the audiotape and answer the questions about the text. 4 Read the text after the audiotape . Practice to say the game 1 Play the game lead the students say something about the game. 设计意图能够让学生们自己复述课文,了解孩子们掌握情况。 2 Then play the game of teachers in our school .Ask the students talk about the game in school.(设计意图拓展知识,培养孩子们的说英语的能力。说说、演演的形式加深了学生对句型的理解,利于他们在现实中运用。 ) Homework Write down the game you have seen ,talk to your classmates。
