South Ko他a’S Financial System Reform and the revelations for℃hina Abstract Financial system is composed of money market，financial organization and the relative laws and regulations．It represents the financial development process of a country and keeps reforming and progressing wim the steps of time．China’s economy has made great achievements over the past 20 years，while the financial system is still dropped behind． The Asian financial crisis started in 1 997 was the first serious crisis since the economic globalization，tt had its own characteristics compared with the traditional periodically happened financial crisis and even spread and impacted wider and fiarther．This financial crisis also created questions to China’s financial industry on the inducement， preventive measures and so on． South Korea was one of the country most affected by the crisis．However,after the crisis Korea took a series of financial reform measures decidedly and surmounted the crisis successfully in a short time and repaid the loan from several international financial organization such as IMF ahead ofthe schedule． In this thesis，1 will try to analyze the causes of the financial crisis for South Korea as well as the financial reform measures that Korean government took．The focus will be on the Korean achievement and existing problems that China could conclude and learn from the crisis．Some suggestion and advisement will also be raised referring to China’s financial refoⅫ Key words：Financial crisis；South Korea’s financial system reform；Financial custody 韩国金融体系改革驶其对找国的启示 刚吾 一国的金融体系是由金融市场、金融机构以及相关的法律法规等组成的。它揭示 了一国金融产业的发展过程，并随着时代的变化而不断改革完善。伴随着经济全球化 进程，各国的金融产业得到了迅速发展，但是，频繁暴发的金融危机也集中反映了世 界经济运行中新的变化和特点。 1997年爆发的亚洲金融危机导致泰国、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、韩国、日本等亚 洲国家的货币贬值，殷市和汇市纷纷“跳水”：泰铢、印尼盾、马来西亚林吉特、韩元 对美元的汇率全年分别下跌43．5％，57．5％，53．8％，48．3％：股市分别下跌56．O％，52．4％， 37．O％，42．2％。尽管1MF(国际货币基金组织)和东南亚各国多次协调救援，但均未能 阻止危机的蔓延、扩散和深化。传统的金融危机表现为周期性金融危机，是由经济周 期性波动引发的。此次亚洲金融危机的爆发是在经济病垢积累到一定程度后，首先在 金融领域中爆发，具有超前性和突发性的特点，而且蔓延、传染的范围更广、程度更 深。 在这次金融危机中，
