心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆B型钠尿肽的影响研究 【摘要】目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭（CHF）治疗中应用心脉隆注射液的具体功效及其对患者的心功能、血浆B型钠尿肽（BNP）水平的影响。方法：抽取CHF患者50例随机分为对照组24例、试验组26例。对照组接受常规治疗，试验组在对照组治疗基础上辅以心脉隆注射液治疗。观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果，测定患者治疗后血浆（BNP）水平、左心室舒张末期内径（LVDd）以及左室射血分数（LVEF）等指标。结果：治疗后，对照组、试验组的总有效率分别为76.3 %、94.7%.试验组总有效率明显较对照组高，差异显著（P0.05））Abstract Objective: To investigate the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) application specific effect of Xinmailong injection and the patients cardiac function, plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels. Methods: 50 patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group, 24 cases, 26 cases in experimental group. The control group received routine treatment, the experimental group in the control group treated with Xinmailong injection treatment. To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, and to measure the plasma (BNP) level, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDd) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (94.7%.), the difference was statistically significant; the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, but the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusion: given conventional treatment in patients with CHF, and effective combination of Xinmailong injection therapy can significantly improve the total efficiency of the treatment, the plasma BNP level decreased, and enhance the heart function of patients.
