钢筋切断机仿真设计 学生姓名：涂志军 班级：078105119 指导老师：邢普 摘 要：钢筋切断机是一种广泛应用于机械制造、建筑等行业中的重要工具，随着科技的进步和加工要求的不断提高，现有的钢筋切断机己逐渐不能适应用户的新需求，目前钢筋切断机还有待于进一步全面深入的研究。降低成本、增加新功能、提高自动化水平等将成为钢筋切断机今后发展的方向。 针对钢筋切断机设计和生产的现状，进行了生产加工状况、常见故障及关键问题的 调查，然后使用有限元及虚拟样机技术对钢筋切断机三维模型进行结构静力学分析、动力学分析，进而提出改进方案。 借助先进的Pro/E, ANSYS和ADAMS软件联合仿真，建立了钢筋切断机模型，并实现了其运动仿真，通过对箱体模烈做有限元分析，提出了改进方案并证明了改进方案的可行。利用LS-DYNA仿真钢筋切断机剪切钢筋的动态过程. 关键词：钢筋切断机 建筑 齿轮 指导老师签名 type steel cutting machines’designing Student name:Tu Zhijun Class:078105119 Supervisor:Xing PU Abstract：The Reinforcing Steel Cutter is an important instrument used widely in the machinery manufactures and construction industries. With technologies being improved and more requires asked, users arent content with the existing Reinforcing Steel Cutter. It needs further and deeply researching now Its directions will be reducing cost, adding new features and improving the automation level. Aim at the design and production status of the Reinforcing Steel Cutter, Study the common faults and key issues. Next, propose improvement scheme by analyzing static structure and dynamics of three-dimensional model of the Reinforcing Steel Cutter with the FEM technology and VP technology. Co-simulation by virtue of the advanced softwares Pro/E, ANSYS and ADAMS, establish a model of the steel cutting machine and achieve its motion simulation. Present improvement schemes and prove their feasibility through doing finite element analysis on the case model.
