But scholars tend to study the equity financing, the research on debt financing is less. The real value through debt financing, the cost of equity to be reduced, debt financing can make the behavior of the operator incentive and restraint and that debt financing will significantly improve the business performance, and can display the enterprise to outside investors. Telecom industry is the pillar industry of national development, telecommunications industry because of the particularity of its positioning easier for debt financing, but the telecom industry listed company, debt financing, financial effect is not obvious, based on, this paper the relevant theory and research data, to telecom industry listed companies in debt financing proposed some suggestions, in order to promote the better development of the listed companies in the telecommunications industry.
