本科毕业论文（设计） （2013届本科毕业生） 题　　目： 我省中小企业融资问题分析 学院名称： 国际商学院 专业名称： 国际经济与贸易 二零一三年五月 摘 要 改革开放以来,中小企业迅速发展,在我国国民经济中己经具有不可替代的地位。特别是随着我国经济体制改革的深入，市场经济的发展及我国进入WTO,促进中小企业的发展,对缓解我国就业压力、保持经济活力、参与国际竞争有着深远的现实意义。论文从对中小企业的融资的认识及其在融资过程的所遇到的问题等方面展开讨论。首先，界定了中小企业的概念及其在我国国民经济中的重要作用，论述了中小企业融资的必要性和现实意义，同时以企业融资理论为依据为下文的论述打下基础。其次,在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,结合辽宁省中小企业的实际特点，通过文献综述和实际调研归纳了辽宁省中小企业的融资现状,运用内外因分析，分别从内源、外源以及政府角度系统地分析了辽宁省中小企业融资难问题的原因，最后一部分，从内源、外源已经政府角度提出了辽宁省中小企业融资难问题的解决途径。 关键字：辽宁省，中小企业，融资 Analysis of SMEs in Liaoning Province Financing Problems Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises,have progressed rapidly since the reform and opening up and play an irreplaceable role in the national economy.Especially with the deepening of the economic system reform in our country,the development of market economy and joined WTO,promoting the development of SMEs has far reaching practical significance in easing pressure of employment,maintaining economic vitality and joining the international competition.This thesis discuss from the understanding for SMEs financing and the problems in the process of financing we meet.First stage,it discuss the necessity and realistic significance of SMEs financing,it mentions the SMEs definition and its function in the national economy.Second stage,On the base of draw lessons from foreign successful experience,Combined with the actual characteristics of SMEs enterprises in Liaoning province its states SMEs in Liaoning Province financing status by literature and Practical investigation,and analysis the reason why it is difficult for SMEs to finance from inside,outside and perspective of the government.And last,this thesis expounds SMEs in Liaoning Province financing problem solution from the aspect of financing at corresponding perspectives.
