摘要 随着我国经济的高速发展，大规模土木工程建设越来越多，因此对工程机械的需求也越来越多,而挖掘机作为工程机械的一种, 显得越来越重要。在挖掘机设计中，如何让驾驶员对挖掘机进行控制，以及如何能让驾驶员不感到疲劳，进而舒适轻松地驾驶挖掘机，高效率地进行工作是重中之重。本文主要研究的是挖掘机驾驶控制系统的设计，将主要针对这两个问题进行探讨。 本文的第二章和第三章主要做了有关驾驶室的研究。第二章主要进行了驾驶室舒适度的人机工程学分析，探讨了驾驶疲劳产生的因素。第二章就驾驶员的舒适性和驾驶视野等方面对挖掘机驾驶室进行了H点优化，使设计出的驾驶室满足便于操作的要求。 本文在第四章和第五章主要讲述了挖掘机控制系统的的PLC控制。在介绍挖掘机的工作原理的基础上，采用PLC对下位机进行控制，包括硬件和软件的设计，实现了挖掘机的自动和手动控制，使挖掘机能够完成预先设计好的动作，提高工作效率，节约成本，把人从枯燥的工作中解放出来。 关键词：挖掘机驾驶室、驾驶疲劳、H点、人机工程学分析、PLC。 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas economy, more and more large-scale civil engineering construction, so the demand for construction machinery is also more and more, and the excavator as a kind of engineering machinery, it is more and more important. In excavator design, how to let the driver to control excavator, and how can let the driver do not feel tired, and then easily comfortable driving excavator, working efficiently is a top priority. This paper mainly studies the design of the excavator driving control system, will focus on the two problems are above. The second chapter and the third chapter of this article mainly for the studies of the excavator cab. The second chapter mainly has carried on the cabin comfort ergonomics analysis, probes into the factors of driving fatigue. The third chapter optimizes the H point for the drivers driving comfort and vision of excavator cab，and make the design of the bridge meet the requirements of easy operation. In the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of this article mainly introduces the PLC control of excavator control system . On the basis of the working principle of excavator, adopting PLC to control the machine, including the design of the hardware and software, has realized the automatic and manual control of excavator, enables excavator to complete the designed action in advance, improve the work efficiency, cost savings, liberated people from boring job.
