北京房山创意园区的发展研究 摘要:在知识经济的大背景下，创意产业作为20世纪末期兴起的新型产业，以每年10%的增长速度快速在全球兴起。它是在全球经济进入以创新和知识为核心竞争力的时代背景下发展起来的一种追求创新、推崇个人创造力、强调文化艺术对经济的支持与推动的新兴文化思潮与经济实践。在中国，创意产业也是方兴未艾，正成为许多城市竞相发展的重要产业。 随着创意产业的发展, 创意产业园区如雨后春笋般涌现。创意产业园区的建设都是沿着集聚路径走过来的, 但目前创意园区的发展存在很多问题，数量急剧增多，发展同质化严重，缺少自身的特色等等。创意产业园区的培育和建设是中国文化创意产业发展的希望所在 ，本文运用文献阅读法、社会调查法、比较研究法，通过对国内的几个创意园区进行分析，研究它们的现状，发展模式，优势等，并了解北京房山历史文化旅游集聚区的现状，针对这个北京市唯一以旅游业发展的创意园区的现状，优势及问题，提出一些发展建议及对策。 关键词：创意园区，房山历史文化集聚区，发展对策 Abstract: In the context of knowledge economy, creative industries, as the late 20th century, the rise of new industries, an annual growth rate of 10% of the fast rise in the world.
