Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang Lecturer: Li Lin Gallbladder (GB) Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang Starting place: the outer canthus Pertaining organ: Gallbladder Connecting organ: liver Terminating place: the tip of the 4th toe retroauricular region 耳后部 supraclavicular fossa 缺盆（锁骨上窝） infraorbital region 眶下区 hypochondriac region 胁肋部，季肋区 hip region 髋部 inguinal area 腹股沟区 pubic hair 阴毛 axilla 腋窝 Points on the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang The gallbladder meridian travels from the head to the foot and it has a total of 44 points. The first point is Tongziliao(GB 1) and the last is Zuqiaoyin(GB 44). 腧穴 本经共44个腧穴：重点瞳子髎、听会、率谷、阳白、风池、肩井、日月、带脉、环跳、风市、阳陵泉、光明、悬钟、丘墟、足临泣、足窍阴16穴。 Summary of indications diseases of the head, lateral side of the body, liver and gallbladder. migraine, tinnitus, deafness, eye diseases, hepatitis, cholecystitis. Fengchi(GB 20)风池（足少阳、阳维脉交会穴） Location： in the posterior aspect of the neck，below the occipital bone枕骨, in the depression midway between the trapezius muscle 斜方肌and the sternocleidomastoid muscle胸锁乳突肌. Indications: 神经系统疾病（Apoplexy, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness） 头面五官疾病（nasal obstruction, epistaxis, allergic rhinitis, redness with swelling and pain of the eye), 外感热病（common cold, fever ） 祛风通络（pain and rigidity of the nape，deviation of the eye and mouth，facial paralysis） Needling method: Oblique insertion 0.8-1.2 cun towards the inferior opposite eye. Caution: The medulla oblongata延髓 is deep to this acupoint, pay attention to the angle and depth when puncturing to avoid damaging the spinal cord. 简易取穴方法：大拇指、中指自然放到枕骨两边，轻轻的滑动，到后枕部有明显的两个凹陷就是风池穴。 消除黑眼圈，眼部减压，改善颈部僵硬，消除肩膀酸痛，偏头痛等。 Jianjing(GB 21)肩井 Location： Midway between Dazhui(GV 14) and the tip of the acromion肩峰，at the highest point of the shoulder. Indications: 祛风通络（Pain and rigidity of the nape, pain in the back and shoulder, impairment of the upper extremitie
