Public security case and criminal cases happened frequently, give public order brought serious challenges. The problem of insufficient basic-level police appear prominent. And Even restricts the public security organ function display. Our current grassroots police the problem of insufficient and not the public security organ itself reasons, and this Nor has emerged in recent years, but the problem by all kinds of complicated social factors of the decision. Basic-level police insufficient affected our countrys economic and social development, national security and social stability. This paper tries to current situation and police insufficient reason is analyzed, and put forward the countermeasures.
