中小企业融资困难与对策分析 摘 要 中小企业在各国经济发展中起到了举足轻重的作用，无论是发展中国家，还是发达国家，中小企业的数量都占绝对优势，并提供绝大多数的就业岗位，GDP值的很大一部分是由中小企业创造，更重要的是中小企业有很强的创新能力，对科技进步也有很大贡献。然而，中小企业在发展中却面临着普遍的融资困境，严重的制约了我国中小企业的发展壮大。中小企业的健康发展，不仅关系到就业率与社会稳定，还关系到经济能否持续健康发展。2008年金融危机的爆发，使挣扎在生死线上的中小企业暴露出严重的问题，直接冲击着整个国内市场。那当前中小企业到底面临着哪些融资问题？面临这些问题中小企业该何去何从，要制定什么样的融资对策才能跳出当前的困境呢？ 关键词：中小企业；融资；问题及对策 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) plays an important role in national economic development. Both developing countries and developed countries, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises are dominant, and provide the vast majority of jobs, a large part of GDP value is created by small and medium-sized enterprises, more important is small and medium-sized enterprises have a strong ability to innovate, also have great contribution to science and technology progress. However, small and medium-sized enterprises in developing faces a general financing difficulties, seriously restrict the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises, not only relates to the employment and social stability, also relates to economic sustainable and healthy development. The outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the struggle between life on exposed the serious problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, a direct impact on the domestic market. Then what is the current small and medium-sized enterprises is faced with financing problems?
