In this part, it’s important to know the specific problems the students will have so that in the ensuing part of teaching, the teacher can handle the whole class with a clear purpose. Step 2. Skimming Instructions Give students a passage to read and write a question “Who put forward the proposal to use stamps.” on the blackboard. Ask students read the passage quickly and find the answer.
