At this time last year, I was writing the summary too. This is an opportunity for me to think about all of the acquisition and regrets in the passing term thoroughly and then make a better self-realization about myself. As a minister of the student organization, my life in this term has been much busier than usual. Balancing the relationship between study, work is the most important thing for me. Firstly, I think reasonable time schedule is necessary. So according to the actual state, I made detailed plans about how to distribute the available time for the three. In one word, I decided a center at different stages and didn?t give up the others. Thus, the efficiency of time using was greatly improved. For example, at the beginning of September, with freshmen coming to this new place, it was a busy time to recruit outstanding juniors as new members to work in student associations.
