As an integral part of the media industry，digital technology which is on behalf of intnernet has also impact the publishing industry.The intergrating of digital technology with the traditional publishing， has brought about the infinite possibilities for the future publishing industry. In the third revolution of the science and technology (digital wave)of the publishing industry，As the computer and the popularity of internet， the enviroment of traditional publishing industry has become qualitative change.People began to change their reliance on paper books，and gradually accustomed to digital reading.Although the restrictions of the reading habits and the receiving equipments still exist，the trend of new-media reading is irreversible，as well as digital technology has unprecedently changed the published form， the publishing medium， and other aspects of the industry chain.There is no doubt that the digital age of publishing industry has arrived. By the perspective of interactive theory based on feedback，the author analyzed the brand-new impact of the digital technology for traditional publising process.As a subsystem of the social system，the publishing industry which is in the digital revolution has also been some negative feedback effects，such as legal，technical standards，securities and other problems.These problems have restricted the further development of publishing industry，and become the development bottleneck.Based on the analysis of these negative issues，the author thought an intera
