能源之星計畫對LED燈之規範 成員之承諾事項(Partner Commitments) 責任單位：LED燈之製造商及經銷商 Commitment The following are the terms of the ENERGY STAR Partnership Agreement as it pertains to the manufacturing and/or distributing of ENERGY STAR qualified integral LED lamps. The ENERGY STAR PARTNER1 (PARTNER) must adhere to the following program requirements: 承諾事項 以下所列為認證LED燈之製造商及經銷商之協議。能源之星成員(以下簡稱”成員”)須遵守下列的要求事項： Comply with current ENERGY STAR Eligibility Criteria, defining the performance criteria that must be met for use of the ENERGY STAR certification mark on product packaging and the testing criteria for integral LED lamps. The Department of Energy (DOE or The Department), at its discretion may conduct tests on products that are referred to as ENERGY STAR qualified through the third-party testing portion of the criteria. The guidelines describe how the ENERGY STAR marks and name must be used.
