Introduction According to meteorological statistics, winter construction should be commenced when outdoor daily mean temperature falls below 5°C for five consecutive days, and be stopped when outdoor daily mean temperature rises above 5°C for five consecutive days. 该项目地处中国东北沈阳市，冬季气温低，低温天气持续时间长，每年的十一月一日至次年三月十五日是北方的冬季采暖期。目前，沈阳地区已进入冬季，意味着冬季施工已经来临。但因为冬季施工气温工程施工低，加上霜冻及冰雪，施工环境恶劣，将直接影响工程施工工艺及施工人员产生不利影响，为确保工程质量及工程进度，因此在进入冬季施工前，必须做好充足的防风、防冻、防滑、防雨雪及防火的物资、设备准备，我公司特编制本工程冬季施工方案。 The project site is located in Shenyang of northeastern China where low temperature could last for a long period in winter. The period from 1st November of each year to the 15th March next year is the winter heating period for the northern part of China. Currently, Shenyang has entered winter season, meaning that winter construction is incoming. However, due to the low temperature during winter construction plus frost and snow, the construction environment will be unfavorable and will directly affect workmanship and construction staff negatively. To ensure workmanship and construction progress, it is necessary to make provision against wind, cold, slipping, rain and snow as well as fire before entering winter construction. The present winter construction program is exactly prepared to serve this purpose. 2、工程概况 2． Project Overview 该项目工程规划在沈阳铁西全新建设第二生产工厂。本项目总体设计规模为60JPH，双班年产高档轿车20万辆。本次设计仅针对项目的第一期工程（生产能力30JPH），双班年产高档轿车10万辆。第一期建设内容包括：联合厂房（包括车身车间、总装、发动机装配、物流中心、高架库）、办公楼（含食堂）、能源中心（包括降压站、高压配电所、应急发电机组、空压站、天然气调压站、水泵房、换热站）、门卫室、信息中心和其他辅助用房。本次楼宇控制管理工程的招标范围包括主车间、能源中心、地下管廊三个子项以及其它辅助用房的楼控设备和材料的采购、安装及调试。 The project aims to build a second production plant in Tiexi, Shenyang.
