经济增长质量论文：经济增长质量与评价 【中文摘要】随着经济增长,人们的物质财富日益丰富,但相伴随的各种社会和资源环境问题却日益严重,经济增长质量问题成为人们关注的焦点。经济增长质量不仅包括经济增长速度与稳定性,更应当包括经济增长对社会生活和资源环境等方面的影响。因此,经济增长质量评价具有层次和角度的多样性、方法的融合性等特点,对经济增长质量的评价包括经济运行、社会生活和资源环境三个方面。本文据此构建了经济增长质量评价的指标体系。选取21个指标,借助SPSS统计分析软件,对江苏省总体经济增长质量及13个市进行了系统的分析和评价。主要结论有:1.江苏省经济运行效果良好,但科技创新力度不够,因此在保持经济持续快速稳定发展的同时需要继续加快产业结构结构调整和提高科技创新能力。2.社会生活质量逐步上升,,但居民收入差距很大,就业压力大,社会保障水平有待提高。3.资源环境破坏比较严重。提高资源利用效率,强化环境监测与保护刻不容缓。4.13市的经济增长质量不平衡,南中北差异明显。苏中、苏北的经济增长质量较低,在加快经济发展的同时注重民生保障和环境保护。本文的主要贡献有:在经济增长质量中加入了民生问题,将民生作为考察江苏省经济增长质量的重要因素,充分体现经济增长的根本。 【英文摘要】With the continual growth of economy, people’s wealth becomes more and more, the problems of social and environmental gradually become serious. The quality of economic growth is the topic with which every country and region is universally concerned.The topic of the quality of economic growth includes the two aspects such as economic growth rate、economic growth stability and the improvement of social life、resources and environment. So the evaluation features of the quality of economic growth are various angles and layouts. The paper defines the evaluation factors from the three aspects such as economic operation, social life, resources and environment, and than establishes the indicator system of evaluating economic growth quality. The article selects 21 indicators, with the aid of SPSS statistical analysis software, carries on the quality synthetic evaluation and the classified research to the recent years 13 cities?economic growth quality.Major conclusions are as following:1. Jiangsu province has well economic operation, but the problems are lack of innovation, the low rate in transforming achievements of scientific research. We should restructure industrial structure and enhance technology innovation ability on the base of maintaining economic growth.2.
