某储运储运总公司仓库优化设计 摘要 某储运总公司，是一家兴起于上世纪70年代的集仓储和配送一体的物流中心。仓库作为整个公司的核心，担负着存储、保管还有诸如分拣、包装等加工增值的工作。公司既要追求多创利润的目标，增加收入，扩大库存量，又要千方百计地降低成本，节能降耗。仓库已经发展成了围绕货物的以存储空间、储存设施设备、人员和作业及管理系统组成的仓储系统，功能也延伸到包括运输、仓储、包装、配送、联通加工和信息等一整套的物流环节。 本文就公司存在的问题对仓库进行优化设计，围绕仓库布局，物品摆放，货品保管，安全隐患等问题进行优化或重新设计。通过设施布置设计计算分析其中问题，结合仓库管理办法提出方案。 关键词：仓库设计，仓库管理，仓库安全，库存量 Jiang Su province machine storage and conveyance company warehouse ’s optimization and design Abstract Jiang Su province machine storage and conveyance company is a rise in the last centurys 70s one set of storage and distribution logistics center.
