上海地区青少年2型糖尿病惠病率调查 结论 调查显示，上海地区青少年2型糖尿病患病率已明显升高，且随年龄增 大呈增高趋势，女孩患病率较男孩高，肥胖及有糖尿病家族史是青少年2型糖尿 病的高危因素。对于青少年2型糖尿病患病率调查及高危冈索分析，可以为青少 年2型糖尿病的防治打下基础。 关键词 2型糖尿病患病率高危因素青少年 上海地区青少年2型糖尿病惠病率调查 Prevalence ofType 2 Diabetes Mellitus in children and adolescents in Shanghai ABSH’RACT objeetive To investigate the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in children and adolescents in ShangJaai，and to study the high risk factom of type 2 diabetes mellitus in children and adolescents in Shanghai． Methods Screening for type 2 diabetes mellitus using morning urine and blood testing among school children aged from 1 1 to 1 8 years in 1 2 schools in Shanghai． Totally 10442 children，6919 boys mad 3523 girls，5169 children aged 1 1 to 14 years and 5273 children aged 1 5 to 1 8 years were screened． Results(1)125 Children tested positive in the first urine—glucose screening and 15 children tested positive in the second screening． (2)5 Children were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus，the prevalence was 4．79／1 0，000． (3)87 obesity or overweight and urine glucose positive adolescents were tested with OGTT test in one sch001．2 adolescents were diagnosed witll T2DM and it was completely matched with urinary screening． (4)The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus was 4．34／10，000 for boys and 5．68／10，000 for girls；3．87／10，000 for those aged 1 1 to 14 years and 5．69／1 0，000 for those aged 1 5 to 1 8 years． (5)5 Children diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus were overweight or obesity,and they all had DM family histories． (6)5 Children diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus were all negative in the examination ofGADAB．ICA and IAA． Conclusion Our screening program showed that the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in children and adolescents was higher than that oftype l diabetes mellitus in children in Shanghai．The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus increased with the age．and girls had a higher risk oftype 2 DM compared wit}l boys．Obesity and T2DM family history were high risk factors for type 2
