摘 要 中等职业学校的学生是在中国目前的教育体制下产生的一群相对特殊的群体， 他们除了学习成绩差，尤其是要提高思想道德素质。特别是一些父母自己不懂得约 束孩子，送子女上中职学校的主要目的是让学校管理和教育孩子，让他们的孩子通 过在学校的教育，能够成为适应社会的人。也就是说，与其他类型的学校和大学相 比，中等职业学校教育工作的情况比较复杂，责任更为重大。因为这些学生的自控 能力差，有着许多的心理问题，给学校的管理工作带来了很大的困难。 本研究有这样几个目的：探讨中职学生存在的心理健康问题；探讨中职学生心 理健康问题产生的原因；找到中职学生心理健康问题的解决对策。 通过分析中职学生心理问题产生的诸多缘由，本文给出了有关教育方式，要在 全国加大对心理健康教育的关注力度，建立素质教育的公民人才理念。从学校工作 的角度进行分析，设立相关课程，全面的构建学校文化机制，提升老师本身素养等 方式提升学生的心理健康。而且，家庭也要端正态度，对自己孩子进行科学评价， 运用合理的教育方式，营造优良的生活氛围。学生，是教育的主体，要提升自身保 护水平，参加社会行为，强化自身修养。 关键词：中职学生；心理问题；心理健康教育 Abstract Students in secondary vocational schools are special groups under the current education system in China, most of the students in secondary vocational schools in addition to poor academic performance, a moral quality in particular remains to be improved. Particularly unruly and constraints at home for parents to send their children to school, whose main purpose is to enable schools to manage and educate their children, let their children through education in schools and to learn from a loser transform itself into a winner in society. This means that, compared with other types of schools colleges and universities, education in secondary vocational schools the situation is more complex, the situation facing more severe, mandated responsibilities increase. Due to this part of the psychological problems of the student more self-control, and brings a great deal of difficulty in the management of the school.
