附件D: 机电设备设施交付界面 (交楼标准) Appendix D：MEP Service Demarcation (Handover Conditions) 总则 General Requirements 出租方应负责完成主体建筑必要的设计，深化设计，采购，送货，施工，测试及验收，政府审批及相关机构认证，成品保护，保修期内的维修保养，必要的交付文件及设施管理培训。 租户设备管理团队需在大楼移交期间与出租方运营人员共同工作。 The Landlord shall be responsible for the necessary design, shopdrawing design, procurement, delivery, construction, Testing and commissioning, Government approval and relevant authority certification, product protection, maintenance during the Warranty Period, necessary handover documents and facility management witnessing/training of the core shell.
