PROCESS INSPECTION PROCEDURE 工艺检验规程 1 Compiling Check and Test Plan 1 编制检验和试验计划 1.1 Technician shall prepare the COL (Exhibit 5-1A, B, C of QC Manual) according to related Code, design document and technique requirement, contract requirement and process document, and offer to the Process Engineer for reviewing and implement. 1.1 工艺员根据有关规范、设计文件及技术要求、合同要求、工艺文件等编制“工艺检验流转卡”（《质量控制手册》样表5-1A、B、C），报工艺工程师审核后组织实施。 1.2 Prior to production for Code Item, QC Engineer shall conduct technique disclosure with Quality Inspector to have them clear about the test content, test method and implement criteria; and have a overall check and confirmation for equipment used in examination and inspection, appliance, special tools and so on. 1.2 规范产品生产前，质控工程师还应对质量检验员进行技术交底，使其明确检验内容、检验方法及执行的检验标准等；并对检验、检测需用的设备、器具、专用检具等进行全面检查，确认。 2 Inspection of Material, Purchased Parts and Standard Parts 2 材料、外购件和标准件的检验 2.1 Material shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of the QC Manual and Material Control Procedure (Procedure No.: TG/QCP/4-1-2010(0)) and Material Identification Procedure (Procedure No.: TG /QCP/4-2-2010(0)). 2.1 材料应该《质量控制手册》、《材料管理规程》（规程编号：TG/QCP/4-1-2011(0)）和《材料标记规程》（规程编号：TG /QCP/4-2-2011(0)）的有关规定进行检验。 2.2 Purchased parts shall be checked by Material Inspector as per the requirement of purchase list, drawing and related criteria, and the Warehouse Keeper shall have them retention after acceptance qualified. 2.2 外购件由材料检验员根据“采购单”的要求、图样及有关标准进行检查，验收合格后由仓库保管员保管。 2.3 Standard component shall be checked as per the requirement of standard by Material Inspector, and the Warehouse Keeper shall have them retention after acceptance qualified. 2.3 标准件由材料检验员根据标准的要求进行检查，验收合格后由仓库保管员保管。 3 Inspection of Heads 3 封头的检验 3.1 Steel tapes or steel straight tapes shall be used to measure the inside and outside diameters of heads. 3.1 用钢卷尺或钢直尺测量封头的内径和外径。 3.2 Ultrasonic thickness meter shall be used to measure the thickness of straight sections and curve section of heads. 3.2 用超声波测厚仪测量封头直边
