The load, lay-off, positioning and feeding plat, choosing of the mould, the realization of the punching process and fault alarm, etc all can be finished automatically by the CNC system. 工艺流程 Procedure 程序准备-板料自动上料-工件自动定位-夹钳夹料-工件端部检测-送料-冲孔-冲孔漏孔检测（可选项） -冲压完成纵梁至下料位-夹钳松板回退-纵梁自动下料码垛（可选配工件滑动下料）-废料自动输出。 Program preparation-the plate automatically loading on- automatically positioning – clamping the plate – Plate edge test- punching - punching hole leakage detection optional - to the next level - loosening the clamp and back off - plate automatic blanking and pile tally the sliding blanking is optional - automatically output waste. 主机结构为开式床身，刚性强，焊接床身去应力退火，能承受大冲压力、震动小。 The principle machine is of open lathe-bed structure, strong rigidity, welding lathe bed with stress relieving, can support high punching pressure but little vibration. 模具采用直列式布置，有可靠的压卸料装置（氮气缸压料）；废料不反弹；采用随动式压料，压料板长期使用不变形；模具更换快捷。 The modules are In-line arrangement, with reliable press and discharge device nitrogen cylinder pressure ; Waste not rebound; adopt master-slave swaging, pressure plate can be used for a long time without deformation; fast module changing. 主要技术参数及指标 The technical parameters: 板料厚度 Thickness 4～12 mm 最大拉伸强度 Max.
