Fdn 唐 山 学 院 毕 业 设 计 设计题目： 唐山市容和景苑7#楼施工图预算的编制 系 别： 土木工程系 班 级： 07工程管理（1）唐山市容和景苑7#楼施工图预算的编制 摘 要 施工图预算是根据施工图，按照各专业工程的预算工程量计算规则统计计算出工程量，并考虑实施施工图的施工组织设计确定的施工方案或方法，按照现行预算定额、工程建设费用定额、材料预算价格和建设主管部门规定的费用计算程序及其他取费规定等，确定的单位工程、单项工程及建设项目建筑安装工程造价的技术和经济文件。 本设计所选“唐山市容和景苑7#住宅楼”工程位于唐山市市区，总建筑面积10145.19平方米，建筑层数±0.000标高以上为十层，地下两层。建筑高度33.65米，结构形式为抗震剪力墙结构。本设计是据施工图纸2008年《省消耗量定额工程量计算规则汇编》《2008年全国统一建筑工程基础定额河北省消耗量定额》《2008年全国统一建筑装饰装修工程消耗量定额河北省消耗量定额》依据，按照编制程序，遵循工程量计算规则The Working Drawing Estimate Establishment of Tangshan Ronghejingyuan 7th Housing Building Abstract Construction budget is the technical and economic document. The selected project in this design is”the Tangshan Ronghejingyuan 7th Housing Building”, which located in the downtown in Tangshan. The total construction area of it is 10145.19 m2. There are 10 floors over ± 0.000 construction elevation, 2 floor under the ± 0.000 construction elevation .The building height of it is 33.65 m with the shear wall structure form.
