I 当前高中教师职业幸福感调查研究 ——以本溪市高中教师为例 中文摘要 幸福是人生的主题和根本问题，对幸福的需要和追求，是个体甚至是整个人类社会的 根本目标。没有对幸福的渴求，就不会有人类的过去和现在，更没有人类的未来。对教师 职业幸福的调查研究，有利于实现教育目的，共享教育幸福。本研究运用文献分析法、问 卷调查法以及访谈法等方法，对本溪市高中教师的职业幸福感进行了调查，并在调查分析 的基础上，为提升当前高中教师的职业幸福感提出了相关建议。 调查结果显示：本溪市高中教师的职业幸福感总体不容乐观，喜忧参半。女教师的职 业幸福感高于男教师；年龄处在 31—40 周岁的教师职业幸福感相对最低，41—50 周岁的 教师职业幸福感相对最高；研究生学历教师比本科生学历教师更容易获得职业幸福感；中 学一级教师的职业幸福感最低，中学特级教师的职业幸福感最高；是否从事班主任对教师 职业幸福感的影响不大；中层行政职务教师的职业幸福感最高，校级行政职务教师的职业 幸福感最低；收入对教师职业幸福感的影响呈现“两头高、中间低”的趋势；教授科目对 教师职业幸福感也有影响，非高考科目中美术教师的职业幸福感最高，高考科目中化学和 生物教师的职业幸福感最高，而物理和历史教师的职业幸福感最低。通过对调查结果的进 一步分析，总结出影响高中教师职业幸福感的因素有教师自身因素、工作因素和社会因素。 针对影响高中教师职业幸福感的因素，从教师自身、教育主管部门和学校以及社会三 个层面为提升高中教师的职业幸福感提出了相关建议：教师自身创造可能，教育主管部门 和学校助推动力，社会提供支持。 关键词：高中教师，幸福，幸福感，职业幸福感 II Study on high school teachers’ working happiness —take Benxi high school teachers as example Abstract Happiness is the fundamental issue in life, the need and the pursuit for happiness, is the fundamental goal of an individual or even the entire human society. There would not be humans past, present, or future without desire for happiness. The research about teachers’ working happiness is helpful to fulfill the education goal, share the education happiness. In this study, a variety of methods of literature study, questionnaire and interview research method are used. This study researches Benxi City high school teachers’ working happiness, and make some suggestions on the basis of the results. The results show that the overall sense of well-being among the teachers in Benxi high schools is not optimistic, and mixed. Female teachers’ working happiness is higher than male teachers; teachers aged at 31 - 40 years old have the lowest working happiness level, whose aged at 41 - 50 years old have the highest happiness level; teachers with postgraduate diploma are easier to be happy than whose with undergraduate diploma; middle high school Class-A teachers have the lowest working happiness level, those Superfine Teachers have the highest level;
