Purpose目的 Control the quality element in product process to ensure the customer ‘s requirement 对生产工序中影响产品品质的各个因素进行控制, 确保产品品质满足规定的要求。 Define定义 Naught无 Responsibility责任 Engineering Manager shall plan to design the production process and be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing action should be according to the process requirement 技术部经理负责安排生产工序的工艺策划活动及督导生产工序依指定控制规程进行。 Quality Manager shall plan to constitute the production standard and supervise the production’s inspection. QA部经理负责安排生产工序的产品标准控制, 负责督导生产工序依指定控制规程进行, 负责统筹生产工序产品验证监控工作。 Material Manager shall be responsible for constitute the work order and shipment plan物料部经理负责统筹下达工作单、出货计划工作。 Production Manager shall supervise the production plan’s performance and be responsible for ensuring that product according to the control regulation生产经理负责统筹生产计划执行工作, 负责确保生产工序依指定控制规程进行, 负责生产人员培训资历确认工作。 HR Manager shall supervise the employee’s training and ensure work environment 人事部经理负责统筹员工培训工作和环境维护工作。 Facility Manager shall supervise the equipment maintenance and public service’s control 厂务经理负责统筹设备维护保养和公用设施控制工作 GM shall be responsible for assorting with this procedure总经理负责协调此程序。 Procedure程序 Mastermind the work procedure生产工序策划 Engineering Department shall be in charge of the work procedure, Engineering Manager shall organize to constitute the process flow, process standard and work instruction etc (all work stations need work instruction), in the process this element shall be in control. 工程技术部统筹生产工序之工艺策划活动。工程技术部经理组织编订工艺流程工艺标准和作业指导书等作业指导文件(所有工位都需有作业指导书), 以明确生产工序中如下要素的控制要求, 确保其在生产工序中能得到适切之控制。包括的控制要素有: Work step作业步骤； Work requirement作业要求； Work equipment and technical equipment机器设备和工艺装备； Material requirement物料要求等。 QA department shall be charge of the production standard. QA manager organize to constitute “Inspection instruction” and “Inspection Standard” to definitude the production standard’s control requirement, ensure it can be in control. QA部统筹生产工序产品标准的控制活动。QA部经理组织编订《检查指示》、《检验标准》等作业指导文件, 以明确生产工序产品标准的控制要求, 确保其能得到适切之控制。 Ship
