* 5 The STT250 is targeted at the mid tier temperature measurement market offering excellent performance and features at a low installed cost. The unit is universal, accepting a wide variety of inputs with one transmitter. Configuration changes, such as changing the sensor input or transmitter range, is done electronically so you don’t have to install different circuit boards or flip switches to accept a new input. Beside being convenient, this reduces your stocking requirements. The compact size enables the module to be directly mounted to the sensor or to a DIN rail.. The existing explosion-proof field mount housing, offered today with the STT350, is also available in Aluminium or Stainless Steel for remote installations. Local indication is available either with a analogue or digital Smart Meter in the field mount housing. (The direct head mount housing is too compact to support integral indication.)
