浍河水库左坝肩渗漏问题处理方案 武学勤 （临汾市水利勘测设计院　临汾　041000） 摘要：浍河水库建成蓄水后左坝肩多次出现渗漏问题，在水库除险加固设计中，采用高喷防渗墙作为处理方案，文中对该方案的设计参数作了合理选定。 关键词：坝肩渗漏；渗透稳定评价；高喷防渗墙 浍河水库系汾河一级支流浍河上的一座以灌溉、防洪为主兼有养殖、旅游等综合利用的中型水库，总库容7 517万m3，正常蓄水位480.76m。枢纽位于曲沃县城东10km处的浍河干流上，由大坝、溢洪道、泄洪洞、灌溉洞组成。水库于1957年12月动工兴建，1959年蓄水受益，1962年库水位达479.622m时，左坝肩台地发现渗漏问题，虽然在1966、1999年对水库进行了两次改建，但渗漏问题并未解决。2001年10月水库因存在防洪标准低、左坝肩渗漏等问题，被鉴定为三类坝，需进行除险加固。 1 左坝肩渗漏概况 左坝肩台地为浍河坝址左岸残留的二级高阶地，东西长约700m，南北宽约400m，阶面高程480m～484m，高出河床29m。经勘察台地自上而下分布有3层透水层。 465m高程以上为Plan to Treat Seepage Problem in the Left Dam Abutment of Huihe Reservoir WU Xue-qin Abstract: After the construction of Huihe Reservoir had been finished and the water had been stored in the reservoir,the seepage phenomenon in the left dam abutment have occured many times. In the design of danger-removing and consolidating reservoir,the high pressure jet grouting anti-seepage wall as the treatment plan is adopted.
