GENERAL PRESENTATION In order to provide professional training according to industrial reality, SMC International Training has developed a modular system for training in control and regulation of analogue variables. Production Station: Simulating the production and mixing of the liquid. This station comes with two variants: (1). Control with digital signals: The mixing process is controlled by on-off signals (digital signals). (2). Filling Station: Reproducing the bottling process. This station comes with two variants: (1). Simple container feeder: the feeder which stores the containers is a so-called gravity feeder. The containers are supplied by their own weight without being checked on their position. (2). In the rear part of every station, the electrical / electronic part is incorporated thus completing the station’s control. Furthermore, it has a magneto-thermal switch and PLC with the necessary modules for the management of the station’s process. In the front part of every station there is a control panel with pushbuttons: Start, Stop, Reset, ON/OFF,...). There is a red alarm light.
