I 大型废水生化处理工程危险源分析及评价 专 业：安全工程 摘要 ABSTRACT II 随着科技的发展,发展与环境的矛盾日益突出。而要实现可持续发展，必须重视环保工作，因此环保问题受到社会各界越来越多的关注。其中水源不足，水体污染和生态环境恶化已经成为发展的主要制约因素。 啤酒行业废水作为水体污染的一部分，其废水处理技术引起环保工组人员的高度重视。特别是在我国加入WTO以后，对污染物的排放也有越来越严格的要求。而对工业生产的安全评价，防止各种灾害的发生，减少经济损失也被摆上了重要的位置。 本文针对啤酒生产过程中产生的废水，采用厌氧，好氧结合的方法处理，经济实用可行。但采用生物处理安全隐患较多。进行废水生物处理工程的安全评价多工程设计有重要的指导意义。 本文采用预先危险性分析法和安全检查表法对啤酒厂废水处理系统进行系统的安全评价。通过评价，发现生产过程中的隐患和不足，提高废水处理系统的安全程度和管理水平，控制水处理过程中的危险、有害因素，降低安全风险，并提出可行的安全对策措施和建议。实现生产和安全的同步发展，使安全生产真正转移到以“预防为主”的轨道上来。 关键字：啤酒生产废水,工艺流程,危险源辨识,安全评价 ABSTRACT With the development of the technology, the antinomy of the development and environment is increasingly outstanding.IF we want to carry out to keep on a development,we have to value the environmental protection, so the environmental protection problem be subjected to social public more and more concerns. the shortage of water,thepollution of water,the deterioration of water environment rcosystem have become restrict factors for development.
