城市消防远程监控管理系统联网合同 Networking Contract of City Fire Remote Monitoring and Management System 甲 方 ： Party A: 乙 方： Party B: 根据《中华人民共和国消防法》、《宁夏回族自治区消防条例》、宁夏消防总队[2007]252号文件、银川市人民政府办公厅[2008]234号文件、银川市公安消防支队[2008]164号文件的精神和建设部第728号公告以及公安部GA767-2008行业标准之要求。为了国家和人民生命、财产的安全，依照《中华人民共和国合同法》规定，甲乙双方就网络监控器的安装、联网、调试一事，签订合同如下： According to the PRC Fire Law, and the eighteenth measure for implementation issued for Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Ningxia Fire Corps Document No. [2007]252, Document (No. [2008] 234) issued by the general office of the Yinchuan Municipal People’s Government.The Police fire brigade of Yinchuan Document No. [2008]164 and The Ministry of construction announcement No. 728 and the strict requirements of GA767-2008 industry standard of ministry of public security .In order to ensure the country and peoples life, property safety, in accordance with the PRC Contract Law provisions. Party A and Party B sign a contract about the installation, networking and commissioning of network monitoring machine, the details are as follows: 一、名称 Name：utomatic fire alarm system networking 二、联网内容Service content： 网络监控器的安装、联网、调试。 Network monitoring machine installation, networking, commissioning 三、联网服务期限Networking service term：After monitoring system reach the expected standard, Network monitoring machine installation, networking, commissioning will be completed within 7 days. 四、收费标准： Charging Standard: 根据市物价局银价发[2009]33号文件收取费用： Fees are taken according to document No. [2009]33 issued by price bureau of Yinchuan: 1、联网设备费：（含软件） 21600 元； Networking equipment costs (Including software): 21600 RMB 2、串（并）行通讯数据处理器： 1800 元； The cost of communication data processor: 1800 RMB 3、联网安装费： 11000 元； Networking installation costs: 11000 RMB 合计（大写）: 叁万叁仟肆佰元整￥: 33400
