内蒙古科技大学 材料加工课程论文 贝氏体钢轨热处理工艺的研究 姓 名：杨亮 班 级：成型13-6 学 号：1376806616 指导老师：董瑞 2016年6月30日 贝氏体钢轨热处理工艺研究 摘要：本文主要介绍了贝氏体钢轨的组织性能，对新型实验贝氏体钢轨的力学性能、显微组织进行研究，对比热轧状态和热处理回火状态下钢轨的力学能和显微组织变化。分析了国内外贝氏体钢轨的成分设计、力学性能和回火工艺，并展望了抗拉强度为1400 MPa 的贝氏体钢轨生产。 研究 了获得贝氏体结构的 2 种方法 ：强化热处理或者采用钢的合金化处理，无论从技术角度，还是经济方面来讲，后一种方法更可取。利用 自发硬化的贝氏体钢可以从钢轨的生产工艺中排出大容量油淬火这样 昂贵的：工序 ，也可以消除由油淬火带来一系列缺点 ：火灾危险 、高发烟性 、对 周围环境的污染性。去除钢轨大容量淬火甚至可以改善钢轨 的平直度。作为研究贝氏体钢轨化学组成 的基础为下列基本条件：必须保证没有利用淬火冷却的钢轨整个断面的贝氏体结构均匀；经济合金化化学元素的利用 ；保证钢轨机械和工艺特性 的高水平 ；提高生产效率 ；改善工作的工艺生态条件。 关键词：贝氏体；钢轨；化学成分；回火工艺 The Bainite RailS Heat Treatment Technology was Studied Abstract ：This article mainly introduced the microstructures and properties of bainite steel. The mechanical properties and microstructure of experimental bainitic rail steels were studied. The mechanical properties and microstructure in rolled condition and tempered condition were compared.The composition design，mechanical properties and tempering process of bainitic rails at home and abroad are analyzed as well as the productions of bainitic rails with tensile strength of 1 400 MPa are prospected． Studied the two methods of bainite structure was obtained: strengthening heat treatment or steel alloying treatment, no matter from the technical point of view, or economic terms, the latter method is more preferable. Spontaneous hardening bainitic steel can be used to from the eduction in rail production technology of big capacity of oil quenching so expensive: L order, also can eliminate by oil quenching brings a series of disadvantages: fire danger, high incidence of smoke, polluting on the surrounding environment. Large capacity remove rail quenching can even improve the straightness of the rail. As the basis of the bainite rail chemical composition for the following basic conditions: must make the pledge that we shall not use quenching rail the whole cross section of a uniform bainite structure; Economy the use of alloying elements; Ensure the machine to the rails.
