第四讲Hurdle 跨栏 Some Basic Considerations一些基本的思考 Many a casual observer has concluded that hurdling is so complicated that only the highly skilled athlete can participate in this event while it is true that good hurdling form is developed through long hours of practice, it is equally true that the hurdler is a sprinter who has learned to accommodate her running form to the barriers which have been placed in her pathway.
