蛋重对种蛋失重及孵化效果的影响 摘 要 种蛋的孵化效果及雏鸡的品质受多种因素的影响,种蛋品质是影响孵化效果及雏鸡品质的主要因素,而蛋重是衡量种蛋品质的重要指标。本实验选择海兰59周龄种鸡群所产种蛋600枚,根据蛋重将其分为6组,每组各100枚,分别为Ⅰ组(蛋重在51g以下)、Ⅱ组(蛋重55g)、Ⅲ组(蛋重60g)、Ⅳ组(蛋重65g)、Ⅴ组(蛋重70g)和Ⅵ组(蛋重71g以上),以研究在相同孵化条件下蛋重对种蛋失重及孵化效果的影响。研究结果显示,孵化12、18天及出雏时Ⅰ组蛋重绝对失重显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组( P﹤0. 05),极显著低于Ⅵ组( P﹤0. 01),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅵ组( P﹤0. 05),其余各组间差异不显著(P﹥0.05)。种蛋在孵化前18天各组相对失重率差异不显著(P﹥0.05),出雏相对失重率Ⅰ组显著低于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组(P﹤0.05)。入孵蛋孵化率和受精蛋孵化率以Ⅳ组为最高,Ⅵ组最低;健雏率以Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组为最高,均为100%。结果表明,在该孵化条件下,海兰父母代种蛋的蛋重在60-70g时其孵化率最高,蛋重在55-65g其雏鸡品质最好。 关键词:蛋重 孵化率 健雏率 The effects of egg weight of breeding layers on weight loss and hatchability Abstract The hatchability of breeding eggs and the chicken’s quality were affected by many factors, egg weight is one of the factors. The 600 breeding eggs from Highland brown eggshell layers were divided into 6 groups according to weights, in group Ⅰ (egg less emphasis 51g), Ⅱ group (egg weight 55g), Ⅲ group (egg weight 60 g), Ⅳ group (egg weight 65g), Ⅴ group (egg weight 70g) and group Ⅵ (egg weight 71g and above), then conducted the experiments ha hatching and raising in the same environment. The results showed that the weight losses of Ⅰgroup were significantly lower than Ⅱ, Ⅲ , Ⅳ , Ⅴ group and Ⅵ group (P 0.05 or P 0.01), Ⅱ and Ⅲ group was significant lower than Ⅵ group (P 0.05),when 12th,18th hatching days. The rate of weight loss of each group had no difference (P 0.05) before 18 hatching days. For the hatching rates of total eggs and embryonated eggs, Ⅳ group’s were highest, Ⅵ group’s were lowest. For the rate of health chicken, Ⅱ and Ⅲ group’s were highest. The results suggested that the hatching rates of 60-70g egg weight were highest, the chicken qualities of 55-70g egg weight were best.
