基于收益管理的客运专线客票定价的合理性研究 摘要 客运专线网络中长期铁路网规划的主要方向缓解铁路运输压力，满足人民群众日益增长的出行需求，铁路在运输市场上的竞争能力在这样的背景下，本研究探讨科学合理的略。其次，本文采用对比分析的方法，一方面，对我国现有的铁路客运进行分析，包括铁路客票定价依据，票价元素，管理机构，调整机制等，提出了铁路客运系统存在的问题；另一方面，国外高速铁路客票系统的探讨，英国的铁，铁运营经验的高速铁路运营商为对象，分析了它们的定价机制和定价策略，它们与中国的情况比较，得出的结论可供参考，提出了铁路货运战略中国的启示。第三，本文重点研究和客运专线定价方案的价格策略分析。基于定价方法的理论研究，在客运专线定价体系提出了收益管理理论的应用，并提出了定价模型。在价格策略，基于市场的观察和总体战略，提出了一些建议，设计实施方案。 ABSTRACT In order to alleviate the tension of railway transportation, satisfy people’s increasing demand for transposition, and enhance railway’s competitiveness in transportation market;passenger line network has become the main direction of railway medium and long term network planning, of which the establishment is underway. With this background, the issue of passenger line ticket’sprice fixing has been put on the agenda. This thesis studies the scientific and reasonable pattern for passenger line price fixing, as well as the price strategies. Firstly, this thesis starts from the concept and economic characteristics of passenger line, systematically analyses its competitive advantages and management pattern based on the concept definition, and clarifies the economic characteristics of it as a new transportation system; having laid a foundation for the analyzing of this issue. Secondly, this thesis uses the method of comparing China with oversea countries, so as to not only analyze present situation of Chinese railway passenger line pricing, including the basis for pricing, the elements of pricing, management limits, as well as reconstructuring mechanism, and point out problems existing in current pricing system; but also conclude some lessons we can get from overseas railway pricing system, and put forward some guideline for Chinese passenger line price fixing through researching in foreign high speed railway pricing system, targeting experienced high speed railway operators like British railway operators and French operators, analyzing their pricing system
