Chinese food?is divided into?eight major culinary,each culinary named of its province they are Shandong ,Jiangsu ,anhui ,Zhejiang ,Fujian ,Cantonese ,hunan and Sichuan. Each?have different characteristics. The U.S. Food?divided into?eastern, South ,?west and Islands. West is California cuisine(加州菜)and Asian fusion cuisine
South is texmex cuisine德州菜, louisiana cuisine路易斯安那菜,florbbean cuisine 佛州菜East is New England cuisine, New York cuisine. And Islands is hawaii—Polynesian cuisine Polynesian cuisine.
