瓦斯浓度监控与报警 摘 要：本设计主要是由一个MQ-2传感器采集气体浓度信号，系统建立浓度与电压关系，进行浓度电压转换，电压浓度转换，浓度显示，声光报警构成的报警装置。本系统由ICL7135A/D转换数据，MCU采用STC89C52单片机，完成气体浓度信号的采集显示内容的传输、显示等功能。本设计的气体器由六个部分组成：传感器、LD显示器、声光报警器、控制电路、A/D转换和电源模块对采集的信号进行处理和判断，运用一定的算法计算出待检测气体成分及浓度并送到LD显示器显示出来。阀值当检测气体浓度超出设定报警阀值时给出声光报警。 Abstract: This design is mainly composed of a MQ-2 sensors to collect gas concentration, system established the concentration and signal voltage relations, concentration, voltage concentration conversion voltage conversion, concentration, sound and light alarm that constitute the alarm device. The system is composed of ICL7135A/D data, using single-chip microcomputer, complete STC89C52 MCU gas concentration signal collection showing the contents of the transmission, display, and other functions. The design of the gas gas alarm by six parts: the sensor circuit, LCD display, sound-light alarm, control circuit, A/D conversion, turn the keyboard and A string of serial communication module, circuit and the power modules. To obtain the analog signal converted into digital signal processing and judgment, again the use of certain algorithm calculated to be detected gas composition and concentration and sent to the LCD monitor display. When testing the gas concentrations below the set value alarm valve, the LCD monitor just shows that the measurement of gas concentration; When testing the gas concentrations beyond set alarm valve are sound and light alarm value.
