GENERAL ?INSTRUCTIONS INSPECTION/TESTING REQUIREMENTS 驗貨/測試要求概述 ? 1.1 This manual details the requirements that will apply during final random inspection and new product approval processes, assures that only the product that has undergone the required inspection and test is dispatched, used or released to customer. Polyconcept will only accept products from supplier or manufacturer that meet the specified requirements and conform to company quality standards. 为了保证只有经过检验及测试合格的产品才能被分派,使用或交付客户,本指南详细阐述了各项要求适用于产品最终随机抽样检验和新产品确认。本公司只接受供应商或厂商所提供的满足列明各项要求及符合本公司品质标准之产品。 ? 1.2 Supplier or manufacture will complete required products and packaging before the scheduled final random inspection date according to company purchasing order. It is the supplier or manufacturer’s responsibility to submit the inspection notification 7-10 working days prior to final random inspection date through fax or email. Our company will further confirm the exact inspection date by fax or email. Inspection notification received after 5:00pm will reply on the next working day. 供应商或厂商应根据本公司订单要求,在预定验貨日期到来之前完成所需产品及包装, 並提前於7-10个工作日以传真或电邮的方式通知本公司验货部門可驗貨日期, 本公司驗貨部門收到申請後會安排並以传真或电邮的方式回覆供应商或厂商最終可驗貨日期。下午5:00以后提交的申请視為下个工作日开始处理。 ? Inspection working day carry out from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Saturdays, Sundays public holidays are not working days. Only under special conditional and confirmed by our company, inspection may carry out outside the normal inspection time. 上午9:00至下午5:30为驗貨申請及驗貨人員到廠验貨工作时間, 星期六/星期日及公众假期为非工作日; 如特殊情況需於工作時間外驗貨, 必須得到本公司同意。 ? 1.3 Vendor or the factory had the responsibility to provide the higher quality products and accept our company to prepare the final inspection. If the 1st inspection is accept, our company will be responsible for the inspection charge. However, if the product is rejected twice, and needs third inspections or more.
