河北联合大学轻工学院 COLLEGEOFLIGHT INDUSTRY, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计（论文）题目：设计年产250万吨的1700热轧薄板车间 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 学 部： 材料化工部 指导教师： 2012年5月21日 摘 要 热轧薄板在板材中是最重要的钢材品种，广泛的应用于集装箱、汽车、铁路机车、车厢、管道、钢瓶等工业制作行业，也是冷轧板及其深加工产品的基材。世界各国近年来都在注重研制和使用连铸连轧等新技术和新设备来生产板带钢。 本设计为年产250万吨的1700热轧薄板生产车间设计，论文主要内容包括：原料的选择、生产工艺的制定、典型产品工艺计算、主要设备和辅助设备的选择，并且对主要设备（轧辊和电机）的能力进行了校核，生产车间布置和环境保护，进行了设计和规划。本着多品种，多规格的原则制定了产品大纲，产品规格为：5mm。所用钢种为：普碳钢、合金结构钢、不锈钢（约含25%）。其中包括汽车大梁钢、船板钢、管线钢等等，并以其为出发点，尽量从工艺上使产品作到高质量、高附加值。首先根据总延伸，确定了轧制道次，并以6+6的形式分配粗精轧的道次，即粗轧6个道次、精轧6个道次。其中粗轧采用双机架连轧，同时可逆轧制，这样既可以缩短轧制间隙时间，又可以减少车间距离，从而减少投资。接下来就是设备选型问题，根据产品规格和设计要求，确定轧机各主要部件的尺寸以及一些必要的工艺参数。本设计经过仔细比较，并结合现场使用情况，选用了4架CVC轧机放在精轧机组的前段，这对产品的板形控制起到了关键作用，再加上工作辊弯辊，产品的板形控制能力应该可以得到提高。 关键词：热轧；薄板；工艺计算；典型产品；设备 ABSTRACT Hot-rolled steel plate in plank is the most important steel varieties, widely used in container, automobile, locomotives, carriage, piping, cylinder and other industrial production industry, is also the base material of cold and deep processing products . such as continuous casting-rolling， are developed to produce the small size in cross-section alloy steel shape in the various countries. The design is a manufacturing workshop of hot rolling plate with a output of 250 thousand tons. The paper mainly includes the selection of raw material and subsidiary facilities and main facilities，formulation of produce technology， technology calculation of the typical production， proofreading the capacity of main fatuities （including rollers and the electrical machinery）.
