摘 要 三年在北京信息科技大学就业指导中心实习的经验，让我对我校就业指导中心的工作有了很深的了解，我已经掌握了大部分日常工作的处理流程，但是工作期间，我也发现了很多问题，所以，开发这套系统，旨在解决这些问题。 本系统是在充分调查需求，并认真进行需求分析的基础上开发出来的，能够使就业指导中心的工作更加方便、简单和高效。结合我的经验，我总结了几个比较重要的问题，也是这套系统所解决的重点问题。档案信息存储和查询问题：利用这套系统，管理员可以将学生档案信息电子化存储，方便学生利用网络直接查询，而不必像现在一样进行手工纸张存储，工作人员查询。公司发布招聘信息问题：公司可直接在系统上进行注册，发布招聘信息，筛选学生简历，而不用工作人员整理、发布。此外，系统还解决了毕业生信息管理、招聘会信息管理等等问题。 根据大学期间学过的系统分析与系统设计的知识，通过结构化的分析方法进行系统分析，完成了业务流程分析和数据流程分析。采用B/S开发模式，结合Sql Sever数据库进行数据的存储，选用ASP.Net开发环境和C#开发语言进行开发。本文主要通过需求调查、系统分析、系统设计和实施几个部分来详细说明这套系统开发的过程。 关键词：档案信息、招聘信息、系统分析与系统设计，ASP.Net、Sql Sever数据库 Abstract Three years in Career Center of Beijing Information Science Technology University internship experience, let me of my schools career center has a deep understanding of the work, I have already mastered most of the work day-to-day process, however, during working, I found a lot of problems, Therefore, the development of this system to solve these problems. The system needs a full investigation, and seriously carry out needs analysis based on the developed, Career center can make the work more convenient, simple and efficient.
