仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠片、鲑降钙素对骨质疏松症患者的治疗作用 　　摘 要 目的：探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠片、鲑降钙素对骨质疏松症患者的治疗作用。方法：选取2013年5月-2014年5月期间我院门诊和住院部就诊的骨质疏松症患者79例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=39，阿仑膦酸钠片联合鲑降钙素药物治疗）和观察组（n=40，在对照组基础上采用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗），比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组显效率和治疗有效率均明显高于对照组（P0.05）。治疗3～12个月后，观察组BMD值明显高于同组治疗前，且明显高于对照组。治疗后，全部患者S-P、S-Ca和BGP水平均明显高于治疗前，血清ALP明显低于治疗前，其中观察组S-P、S -Ca和BGP水平均明显高于对照组，ALP水平明显低于对照组，比较均有统计学意义。两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：仙灵骨葆胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠片、鲑降钙素对骨质疏松症患者具有明显的治疗作用，有助于改善骨代谢指标。 　　关键词 仙灵骨葆胶囊 阿仑膦酸钠片 鲑降钙素 骨质疏松症 　　中图分类号：R286； R681 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）17-0027-04 　　The efficacy of Xianlinggubao capsule combined with alendronate sodium tablets and salmon calcitonin in the treatment for the patients with osteoporosis* 　　ZENG Wencong**， HE Wei 　　（Department of Spine Surgery， The People’s Hospital of Ganzhou City， Ganzhou 341000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To discuss the efficacy of Xianlinggubao capsule combined with alendronate sodium tablets and salmon calcitonin in the treatment of the patients with osteoporosis.
