体检中心温馨服务实施分析 【摘要】目的：探究分析体检中心温馨服务实施效果。方法：对我体检中心在实施温馨服务前后的服务质量进行比较分析。结果：通过实施温馨服务，体检中心的服务质量明显提高，相对于实施前有明显差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：体检中心实施温馨服务可明显提高体检者的服务质量，值得推广应用。 【关键词】体检中心;温馨服务：服务质量;实施效果 【Abstract】 objective： to explore the effect analysis of physical examination center warm service.
