口服胃肠超声造影剂与胃镜对儿童胃十二指肠疾病诊断价值的比较 　　【摘要】 目的：分析比较儿童胃十二指肠疾病诊断中采用口服胃肠超声造影剂与胃镜的临床价值。方法：选取2012年6月-2014年6月本院行口服胃肠超声造影剂与胃镜的110例胃十二指肠疾病患儿作为研究对象，所有患儿均口服回声型超声助显剂，行胃十二指肠超声检查，比较超声与胃镜检查结果。结果：超声造影检查结果显示慢性胃炎5例，胃十二指肠溃疡98例，胃癌1例，胃息肉2例，胃恶性淋巴瘤1例，胃下垂3例，胃镜检查率诊断率为97.27%，胃镜检查超声造影检查诊断率为100%，两种检查方式差异不明显。结论：在胃十二指肠疾病诊断中行口服胃肠超声造影检查，具有一定的应用价值，可作为胃镜及其常规检查的互补检查方法，通过与胃镜结合，提高了诊断水平。 　　【关键词】 胃肠超声造影； 口服； 胃镜； 胃十二指肠疾病； 诊断价值 　　Contrastive Study on the Effect of Oral Gastrointestinal Contrast Agent and Gastroscopy in the Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Duodenal Ulcer in Children/MO Hai-yun，SHEN Gu-xiu，LIU Yi-wu，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（15）：058-060 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and compare the clinical value of oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent and endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal disease in children.Method：110 child patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer diagnosed with oral gastrointestinal contrast agent and gastroscopy in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research object.All of the patients were given oral echo type ultrasonic display and gastric and duodenal ultrasound.The effect of ultrasound and endoscopy were observed.Result：The results of angiography ultrasound showed that there were 5 cases with chronic gastritis， 98 cases with gastric ulcer， 1 case with gastric cancer， 2 cases with gastric polyp， 1 case with gastric malignant lymphoma， and 3 cases with gastroptosis.Gastroscopy diagnostic rate was 97.27%， the rate of gastroscopy contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination diagnostic rate was 100%， no obvious difference in the two inspection ways.Conclusion：In the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal disease， oral gastrointestinal contrast is of certain application value， which can be used as a complementary method to check the gastroscope and for routine examination and gastroscopy， to improve the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal ulcer. 　　【Key words】 Gastrointestinal contrast enhanced ultrasonography； Oral； Gastrosco
