　　　初诊不孕不育夫妇中男性精液质量分析 高玉芳1,2 赵联营1 李 睿2 冯美宁2 徐 静2 1. 陕西省咸阳市中心医院检验科（陕西 咸阳 712000） 2. 陕西省咸阳市中心医院生殖医学科，陕西省辅助生殖中心咸阳分中心， 　　摘要 目的 初步了解来我院初诊的不孕不育夫妇中男性精液质量现况。方法 收集2009年8月至2010年11月来我院生殖医学科初诊的1108对不孕不育夫妇中男性精液常规检查结果，对精液参数进行统计分析，并以年龄分组，分析并比较各组精液参数。结果 精液常规检查结果中，精液参数均正常占28.6%（317/1108），无精子症占3.5%（39/1108），至少有一项精液参数异常占67.9%（752/1108）。异常精液参数主要以精子活力异常（85.6%，644/752）为主，精子密度异常（35.9%,270/752）次之。各年龄组间仅精子活力和活率有统计学差异（p＜0.05），且随年龄的增加有下降趋势。结论：不孕不育夫妇中男性精液质量异常占较大比例，精子活力异常是导致生育力低下的主要原因。及早就诊对不孕不育夫妇非常关键。 关键词 不孕不育；精液质量；精子密度 中图分类号R446. 9 文献标识码 B Semen quality of men in preliminary diagnostic infertile couples Gao Yufang1,2, Zhao Lianying1, Li Rui2, Feng Meining2, Xu Jing2 1. Methods: 1108 cases of semen routine examination results from men in preliminary diagnostic infertile couples were collected between August 2009 to November 2010,semen parameters were analyzed statistically.They were divided into 5 groups according to age, semen parameters in each group were analyzed and compared. Results Of semen routine examination results, 28.6%（317/1108）had all normal semen parameters, 3.5%（39/1108）azoospermatism,and 67.9%（752/1108）had at least one of the semen parameters below normal threshold value. Of abnormal semen parameters , (85.6%,644/752)had sperm rapid progressive motility（a%）or sperm progressive motility[ (a+b)%] below normal threshold value,and （35.9%,270/752）had sperm concentration below normal.Only sperm rapid progressive motility（a%）,sperm progressive motility[ (a+b)%] and total motility[(a+b+c)%] had statistical difference（p0.05）among the different age groups and these three semen parameters had a descend tendency with the increase of age.Conclusion：A high proportion of i
